Benedict and team were relentless in making sure we were satisfied with their services. The team showed up on time (actually they were there early) and would not leave until they scrubbed every inch of our space. Their knowledge of which products were best to use for our individual scenario was very helpful, they understand cleaning is not a one size fits all business and this was very important to us.
I do think Ben does impeccable cleaning, and the facility's he manages are perfect and ready to host any customer. Like the way you want your house after you come home from a vacation. But working for him, my experience was jaded.
