Our Management Team

Ben Bugajewski, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Ben is a graduate of Neumann College with an undergraduate degree in business management. He has over 30 years of experience in the specialty cleaning industry.

Having worked the last 15 years with retail chain stores in cleaning, maintenance and repair, Ben has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a timely manner.

Clients have often commented that he provides them with the highest level of service out of any that they have worked with. Ben provides them with valuable tips on how to effectively maintain a cleaner faciltiy while being able to operate efficiently within their maintenance budget.

He believes that good people working toward a common goal can accomplish anything they set out to do.

Anne Bugajewski, Vice President

Anne has over 20 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping working for various private and governmental agencies.

She has extensive small business accounting experience where she was directly responsible for all accounting functions.

Anne also assisted her husband in training retail managers on the importance of maintaining a clean store image and the correct daily procedures needed to maintain their stores at a high appearance level.
